Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Rails items, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, including the packing slip, and affix the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
